Dave writes: Hi I came across this item at an auction and I wonder if you know anything about it. Its about 9 inches long its marked Origin Germany and made in Germany. The handle in the middle part is a noisemaker. The part on the bottom by the mouthpiece slides forward and back a little ways and has the part I think is a kazoo, its a round hole with a screen over it and I can see some kind of membrane in it. I got it to hum a little the membrane may not be complete. I buy and sell antiques and collectibles on ebay and at shows and I enjoy researching items before I try to sell them.
