KAZOO DEFINITION
A device having one or more vibrating surface(s) that amplifies and distorts the voice of the player.
The pitch of the tones produced are controlled by the player's voice rather than by the change of volume of the vibrating column of air,
such as caused by fingering, sliding tube, keys, valves, different sized reeds, etc.

This would include those in which the vibrating surface is:
a thin membrane added to the inside or outside of body of the device such as patents

The vibrating surface(s) consist of part or whole of the entire body of the device, being one of the following:
a. rigid (or semi rigid) walls of the device vibrate such as 194119, 2587445,
b. The vibrating surface is flexible and held in shape by
i. attaching to itself to form a tube, cone, etc.
ii. being supported by a frame, such as tissue paper over a comb.
iii. Being held by the player's hands

This would exclude things such as, but not limited to: whistles, harmonicas, horns with metal reeds, soda straw oboes, etc.
